At SoleCuts, we want you to shop with confidence. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
If We Made a Mistake
We'll provide a free replacement or full refund if you receive:
- Wrong size
- Wrong color
- Wrong product
For replacements, we'll arrange door-to-door service at no extra cost.
If You Change Your Mind
- Size or color exchange: Rs.300 exchange fee.
- Refund requests due to a change of mind are subject to a 10% handling fee.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days.
Important
- Please record an unboxing video when opening your parcel. It helps us quickly verify claims for damaged or incorrect items.
- Claims made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Delivery delays caused by courier companies are beyond our control.
